Dr. Harris is originally from Birmingham, Alabama. He received his podiatry degree from Midwestern University, where he finished in the top half of his class. He completed residency training at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. Upon completion of his residency, he served as an active duty podiatrist in the US Navy at Naval Hospital Camp LeJeune. While serving he received the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and became board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. After an honorable discharge from the Navy, in 2017, Dr. Harris established a private practice in Jacksonville, Florida. He sees patients in their homes, in the office, and in the hospital if needed.
He maintains active privileges at St. Vincent’s Medical Center. Dr. Harris has been married to his wife Michele for 20 years and attends church at Evangel Temple. Dr. Harris enjoys eating good food, running, watersports, and flying radio-controlled model aircraft.
